Refund & Cancellation Policy for RegroMedia
At RegroMedia, we are committed to providing our clients with the best possible Amazon advertisement services. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a client may need to cancel their order or request a refund. This policy outlines our procedures for refunds and cancellations.
If a client wishes to cancel their order, they must notify us in writing as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If the order has already been processed, we will work with the client to determine the best course of action, which may include issuing a partial refund or offering credit for future services.
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If a client is not satisfied with our services, they may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds will only be issued if we determine that the services provided were not as described or if there was a technical issue that prevented us from delivering the services.
To request a refund, clients must contact us in writing and provide a detailed explanation of why they are requesting a refund. We will review the request and issue a refund if we determine that it is warranted.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for any services that have already been completed or if the client has violated our terms of service.
